After replacing the new cartridge, the UV plate printer will normally conduct one or two cleaning and printing tests to calibrate the nozzle state and ensure that the ink line is normal. However, if the nozzle height is not correct or the substrate is uneven and the substrate is friction with the nozzle, then the UV printer printing will be discrete.
