Who We Are?

Shenzhen ChuangXiangTianCheng Digital Technology Co., Ltd., operating under the Dacen brand, is a Shenzhen-based industrial UV printer manufacturer established in 2012. We integrate product development, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, ink-system configuration, application testing, machine calibration and technical support to provide factory-direct UV printing equipment and project-based solutions for global B2B customers.
Our product portfolio covers industrial UV flatbed printers, cylindrical UV printers, high-drop printing systems and customized direct-to-object printing equipment. These systems are developed for printing on flat sheets, bottles, cups, tubes, tapered containers, molded components and other products with raised, recessed or irregular surfaces. Depending on the application and machine configuration, customers can produce full-color graphics, white ink layers, selective varnish and embossed effects, supported by customized fixtures, rotary devices and production-line integration options.
Dacen works with promotional product manufacturers, packaging companies, industrial component suppliers, sign and display producers, customization businesses and other factories seeking to bring digital printing in-house. We also support UV printer distributors, private-label equipment brands and printing system integrators with OEM and ODM customization, application testing, equipment configuration, technical documentation, operator training and ongoing service.
Rather than recommending a machine based only on its printing area, our team evaluates the customer's actual product, material, shape, printable area, surface height difference, required output and production target. This application-first approach helps us identify a more practical combination of printer, printhead, ink configuration, fixture and workflow for each project.

What Makes Dacen Different?
Application-First Engineering
Every project starts with the product, material, print area, surface height and production target. We recommend the machine and printing configuration based on the customer's actual application.
In-House Manufacturing and Testing
Dacen manages machine assembly, electrical integration, ink-system installation, printhead calibration, software setup, printing tests and final inspection within its own manufacturing process.
Customizable UV Printing Systems
Printing size, product height, printhead configuration, color channels, rotary devices, fixtures, visual positioning and automation interfaces can be adapted to different production requirements.
Support Beyond Delivery
We support customers with installation guidance, operator and maintenance training, remote troubleshooting, spare parts, printing parameter recommendations and technical documentation.
R&D Focused on Stable and Flexible UV Printing
Dacen develops UV printing technologies around print stability, product compatibility and production flexibility. Machine configurations vary according to the selected model, printhead, material and application requirements.

Printhead and Ink System Integration
Depending on the machine and application, Dacen integrates Epson, Ricoh, Toshiba or Konica printhead configurations. White ink circulation and negative-pressure ink supply help reduce ink settling, maintain stable ink flow and support continuous color, white ink and varnish printing.

Height Detection and Printhead Protection
Automatic height detection helps operators set an appropriate print gap for products of different thicknesses. Anti-collision protection reduces the risk of printhead damage caused by raised products, misplaced fixtures or uneven surfaces.

High-Drop, Rotary and Fixture Engineering
Dacen develops printing solutions for cylindrical, tapered, raised, recessed and irregular products. Available configurations may include rotary devices, customized product fixtures, multi-position jigs and extended print-gap systems, depending on the product structure and required print quality.

Printing Software and Positioning Control
Supported functions may include RIP software compatibility, color management, multi-layer printing, white ink and varnish control, parameter storage and camera-assisted positioning. Final software and positioning functions depend on the selected machine configuration.
Manufactured, Assembled and Tested by Dacen
Dacen operates a 7,000+ m² manufacturing and testing facility in Shenzhen, covering machine assembly, electrical integration, ink-system installation, calibration, application testing, final inspection and shipment preparation.

Mechanical Assembly
The machine frame, printing platform, guide rails, motion system and lifting structure are assembled and checked to establish a stable mechanical foundation for printing.
Electrical and Ink-System Integration
Technicians install the electrical control system, sensors, UV curing components, safety devices, ink tanks, filters, tubing, negative-pressure supply and white ink circulation system.

Printhead Installation and Calibration
Printheads are installed and configured according to the machine model. Platform level, printhead position, bidirectional printing, color channels and print gap are calibrated before application testing.
Testing, Inspection and Shipment
Each machine proceeds through software configuration, printing tests, continuous operation checks and final inspection before being cleaned, protected, packed and prepared for international shipment.

Quality Control Before Every Machine Leaves the Factory
Quality is controlled through defined production and testing steps, not through a final inspection alone. Each Dacen UV printer is checked from component installation to application printing before shipment.
Component and Mechanical Inspection
Motors, guide rails, electrical components, UV lamps, sensors, ink-system parts and printhead accessories are checked before and during assembly. The platform, motion system, lifting structure, fasteners and anti-collision devices are also inspected.
01
Electrical and Ink-System Testing
Technicians inspect electrical connections, grounding, emergency stops, limit sensors and UV lamp controls. Ink lines, negative pressure, white ink circulation, ink supply stability and nozzle condition are tested before printing begins.
02
Printing Calibration
Each machine undergoes nozzle checks, bidirectional calibration, color alignment, white ink registration, varnish alignment and multi-layer printing setup to establish accurate and repeatable output.
03
Application and Continuous Printing Test
The printer is tested with color, white ink, varnish, embossed effects and applicable flat or high-drop samples. Repeated printing helps verify machine stability, image consistency and ink-system performance.
04
Final Factory Acceptance Test
Before shipment, the machine receives a final operating and appearance inspection. Customers can receive printing samples, test photos, machine videos and packing documentation for project confirmation.
05
