1.Make the glass printer off the power, use the screwdriver to remove the back cover of the raster decoder, removed a row of screws on the rear side, remove the back cover and then can see the raster bar decoder and Limit switch parts.
2.Loosing the fixing screw to remove the bad raster bar decoder, replace the new one.
3.Wipe the original grating surface with alcohol, keep clean and tidy.
4.Turn on the printer and move the print head to see if the software is read and the number is positive, if there is no problem, then the installation is correct.
5.Restore the back cover, tight screw,to avoid dust, particulate matter into.
