Malfunction: in the process of painting, individual nozzle is unable to spay ink smoothly
Cause analysis: the contamination of the nozzles lead to blockage, improper working voltage of the nozzle, the ink problem, the wrong negative pressure adjustment
Solution:squeeze the ink, press cleaning solution to clean nozzles, adjust the working voltage of print head, Soak and ultrasonic cleaning sprinkler head,change the quality ink and adjust the appropriate negative pressure value.
