1.Make sure that the bottle printer has a stable working platform and do not place any objects on the bottle printer.The printer closes its front cover when printing to prevent dust from entering the printer or other hard objects obstructing the movement of the printer carriage.It is forbidden to plug and unplug the printer cable with power on,as this will damage the printer's print port and the PC's parallel port,or even damage the PC's main board.If the print output is not clear,the automatic cleaning function of the printer can be used to clean the print head,but a small amount of ink will be consumed.If printing is still unsatisfactory after several consecutive cleanings,the ink may have run out at this time and the ink cartridge needs to be replaced.
2.Bottle printer ink cartridges need frequent calibration:Users who have experience with bottle UV printers know that bottle UV printers must calibrate the printer after reinstalling the ink cartridge or replacing the new ink cartridge to improve printing accuracy and print quality..
3.When the bottle printer cartridge is not used for a long time,it should be kept at room temperature to avoid direct sunlight.Because the ink evaporates quickly in this environment,it is easy to cause nozzle blockage.In addition,in a low temperature and humid environment,the print head circuit and ink are prone to problems.
4.Ensure that the environment around the bottle printer is clean.Too much dust in the working environment can easily lead to poor lubrication of the guide shaft of the trolley,blocking the movement of the print head during the printing process,causing inaccurate printing position or hitting the mechanical frame,causing damage and crashes.When the print head is restarted without returning to the initial position,the printer will first return the print head to the initial position,and then will perform the operation of cleaning the print head,which will cause unnecessary waste of ink.The way to solve this problem is to frequently wipe off the dust on the guide shaft and lubricate the guide shaft(choose lubricating oil with good fluidity,such as lubricating grease).
5.Before shutting down the bottle printer,let the print head return to the initial position(when the printer is paused,the print head will automatically return to the initial position).This is to prevent the printer from re-cleaning the nozzle and waste ink when the printer is turned on next time,and the other is because the nozzle can be sealed by the protective cover in the initial position,so that the nozzle is not easy to be blocked.
