Air is a matter of UV printer
1.Naturally pour ink into tube,do not inject with pressure.pump out a little bit ink to exhaust air in the ink cartridge when the ink is full.the air in the tube must be exhausted fully in case air goes into heads and reduce the lifetime of heads when the ink boxes start working.
2.Wash all parts of the print heads with clean solution,keep the print heads clean.
3.Clean the print heads cleaner with clean solution,keep the cleaner in order and clean.
4.frequently examine whether there is air in the ink tube. exhaust the air in time if air existing to prolong the print heads lifetime.
