There is not enough ink in the cartridge: there is no ink in the cartridge, or ink below the warning line, resulting in no ink jet. But now the printers are equipped with ink alarm device, this is no longer a problem.
Print head clogging: this problem is very serious, should clean the print head immediately. If it is still blocked, soak the print head with cleaning for 24 hours and then cleaning. If it still can not spray ink, you can only replace the print head.
The main board of the head is out of order: the voltage is too high so cause the board burn out, and repair it according to the damage degree of the board,if necessary,replace it.
