Our Toshiba print head has one year warranty and the printer also.If it is beyond one year,only charge at cost.
3.Can we buy the ink from our local market or just yours?
Our ink is certified by Toshiba ,the manufacturer of the print head,can mostly reduce the blocking.It is better to use our ink.
